How the Service Works

1. Arrival Meet: Your ALLWAYS assistant greets you at the aircraft door or transfer bus.
2. Fast Track Clearance: Passengers pass through passport and security checks via dedicated Fast Track lines.
3. Transfer Between Zones: The assistant escorts you between terminals or flight types.
4. Lounge Access: If the layover allows, you can relax at Plaza Premium Lounge.
5. Escort to Next Gate: The assistant escorts you directly to the departure gate of your next flight.

• Upon arrival, proceed to the Elite Meeting Point desk, located before the passport control area.
• Present your booking QR code to the staff to confirm your service.
• You pass through passport control on your own.
• After that, an airport representative will meet you and escort you to the baggage claim area.
• A porter will wait with you for your luggage and carefully place it on a trolley.
• He will then escort you to the exit and take full care of your baggage.
