Tulpar Travel Tourism Organization and Trade Ltd. Co. (“Company”), through the platform at https://aviaroyale.com, acts as an intermediary connecting passengers with various airport services. Services offered via our platform include Fast Track, CIP, Lounge, Meet & Greet, and transfer services provided by different airports.
2. Delivery Conditions
2.1. Purchased services are delivered electronically through booking confirmation and e-voucher. No physical product is delivered.
2.2. Once the reservation is completed, a confirmation document containing the service details is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
2.3. The use of the service is carried out on the date, time, and conditions specified by the relevant airport and service provider.
3. Provision of Services
3.1. Tulpar Travel acts solely as an intermediary platform. The actual service provider is the relevant airport or its contracted partner.
3.2. Each airport and the services they provide may have different terms of application, changes, and cancellations.
3.3. Therefore, Tulpar Travel cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications in the provision of services.
4. Refund and Change Conditions
4.1. Purchased services are non-refundable.
4.2. The conditions for changes or cancellations are detailed in the description section of the purchased service.
4.3. Customers may request changes only within the scope explicitly stated in the service description (e.g., date, flight number, or flight time).
4.4. No refunds are made in cases of non-use of the service, or if incomplete/incorrect information is provided.

5.1. Tulpar Travel is an intermediary sales platform; it is not the direct provider of the services.
5.2. Therefore, direct responsibility regarding service quality, cancellations, modifications, or additional service requests lies with the airport or the service provider.
