Service Process
— Personal greeting at the aircraft exit. If the aircraft is parked remotely, a VIP transfer takes you to the terminal. If at the jet bridge, accompaniment begins directly from the aircraft.
— Luggage assistance: bags are carefully collected and transported for you.
— Individual passport and customs clearance in a separate area without queues.
