Important to know
• Passengers must arrive at the airport according to airline rules — at least 2 hours before departure.
• The service must be booked no later than 48 hours before departure.
• If the service request is made less than 24 hours before the service time, an additional fee of 15% applies.
• After payment, the service is non-refundable.
