Every customer who registers on our website and makes a purchase is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions of the following distance sales agreement, without the need for any further notice.
TULPAR TRAVEL reserves the right to change any terms and information, including the terms of this agreement, on the website and its extensions without prior notification.
If you feel any lack of understanding regarding the terms of this agreement, please contact our customer service department.
1.1. The website https://aviaroyale.com provides services in Turkish, English, Kazakh, and Russian. In the event of disputes or misunderstandings, the Turkish language shall prevail.
2.1. TULPAR TRAVEL (https://aviaroyale.com) acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer, facilitating services between parties purchasing and providing services, for both individual and group customers.
2.2. By accepting this sales agreement, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities of the seller, who is the service provider.
2.3. This sales agreement is concluded between the user (Buyer) purchasing the service online and the actual company (Seller) providing the service. TULPAR TRAVEL does not accept any liability for disputes arising from this agreement.
2.4. The buyer declares that he/she has read and understood the essential characteristics of the service, the sales price, the method of payment, and all preliminary information regarding the service, and has confirmed this electronically.
2.5. TULPAR TRAVEL does not accept responsibility for force majeure events, weather and natural events preventing transportation, delays, accidents, injuries, illnesses, hospital expenses, or any additional costs or material/immaterial losses arising due to such reasons.
2.6. If the seller is unable to provide the service due to force majeure, the buyer may request the cancellation of the order or its postponement until the obstructing situation is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order in accordance with the specified conditions, the amount paid will be refunded to the account used for payment within 10 days.
2.7. TULPAR TRAVEL may subcontract the service provision. It may delegate to another company or third parties, institutions, or organizations with whom it has agreements.
3.1. TULPAR TRAVEL sells transportation and transfer services provided by service providers.
3.2. If, after the service is provided, the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay TULPAR TRAVEL due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the buyer’s credit card by others, the buyer accepts in advance to make a new payment within 3 (three) business days, provided that the service has already been delivered.
3.3. The transfer voucher belonging to TULPAR TRAVEL must be shown to the service provider at the time of service delivery, and the details for the return transfer must be checked. The responsibility for correcting errors lies entirely with the buyer.
3.4. All responsibility for determining the return time and confirming the meeting point belongs to the buyer.
3.5. We strongly recommend that all our customers carefully read this agreement.
4.1. TULPAR TRAVEL provides maximum secure shopping infrastructure with necessary SSL security certificates for credit card payments. Nevertheless, it does not accept liability for credit card theft, overcharges, payments made by viruses, or unlawful methods.
5.1. Purchased services are non-refundable.
5.2. Changes may only be made to the date, flight number, and flight time up to 24 hours before the service date.
6.1. Since TULPAR TRAVEL only sells the product of the service provider, it is not responsible for product defects and cannot be held liable in this regard.
6.2. TULPAR TRAVEL does not accept responsibility for lost items, additional payments, delays, accidents, injuries, missed flights due to force majeure, late meeting times, hospital expenses, accommodation costs, additional transportation costs, or similar situations occurring during the service. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the service provider and the parties’ insurance. Likewise, TULPAR TRAVEL employees, managers, and representatives cannot be held directly liable for such matters.
6.3. The buyer is obliged to correctly enter the service details in the relevant fields on the website. The buyer is responsible for delays and disputes arising from incorrect or incomplete entries and cannot claim additional fees or compensation.
6.4. Service providers make every effort to be present at the meeting time and place, but this is in no way guaranteed. TULPAR TRAVEL is not responsible for additional costs or losses arising from this.
6.5. Waiting times for airport meet-and-greet services are limited as follows:
Domestic flights: maximum 60 minutes
International flights: maximum 90 minutes
Return transfers or hotel/address pick-ups: maximum 30 minutes
If this period is exceeded, the buyer cannot make any claims and no refund will be issued.
6.6. Entering passenger and service details correctly on the website is the responsibility of the buyer. In cases of delays, inability to use the service, or missed flights due to incorrect or missing information, responsibility lies with the buyer.
6.7. If the buyer enters an incorrect flight number or incomplete/wrong name and surname, and the service provider cannot deliver the service, the responsibility lies with the buyer. Any additional transportation or service costs arising from this must be covered by the buyer.
6.8. The service provider reserves the right to change the content and category of the purchased service.
7.1. TULPAR TRAVEL reserves the right to change all provisions of this agreement, as well as prices and information on the website, without prior notice. Users are deemed to have accepted such changes without any further notification.
7.2. TULPAR TRAVEL does not accept liability for interruptions, errors, viruses, communication failures, data loss, theft, or unauthorized access resulting from breach of agreement, tort, negligence, or other causes.
7.3. In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the place of residence of TULPAR TRAVEL are authorized, within the limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
