Service Process
Upon arrival, proceed to the Elite Meeting Point desk, located before the passport control area.
Present your booking QR code to the staff to confirm your service.
You pass through passport control on your own.
After that, an airport representative will meet you and escort you to the baggage claim area.
A porter will wait with you for your luggage and carefully place it on a trolley.
He will then escort you to the exit and take full care of your baggage.
Your Choice
If you don’t need lounge access, the porter will accompany you to your driver or transfer representative, and the service ends there.
If a lounge is booked, you will be escorted to the relaxation lounge, where you can unwind and enjoy your time in comfort.

Booking must be made 24 hours before arrival.
For same-day bookings, the service is available if reserved at least 7 hours before arrival.
Paid services are non-refundable.
