Service Process
After landing, please proceed to the Elite Meeting Point desk located before passport control.
Show your booking QR code to the staff member to begin the service.
The QR code will be sent the evening before your service.
You will pass passport control through the Fast Track priority lane.
After passport control, a service representative will escort you to the baggage claim area.
A porter will wait with you for your luggage, place it on a trolley, and assist with all baggage handling.
After collecting your luggage, the staff member escorts you to the terminal exit, where your driver will be waiting with a name sign.
Airport Transfer
Your personal driver will be waiting outside the terminal.
The vehicle is selected based on:
— number of passengers
— amount of luggage
— comfort level (Standard, VIP, Premium)
The driver will assist with your luggage and take you directly to your hotel, apartment, or any specified address.
Lounge — Optional
After baggage collection, you may use the Elite Lounge.
If you choose not to use the lounge, the porter will escort you to your transfer vehicle and the service will end.
If you use the lounge, you will be guided to the relaxation area where you can enjoy drinks, Wi-Fi, and comfortable seating.
After relaxing in the lounge, you will exit the airport where your driver will be waiting with a name sign.
